- We do not accept discrimination, harassment, or hate speech, and we will intervene if necessary.
- We value everyone equally and respect diversity.
- We respect each individual's right to define themselves—or not to define themselves. We do not make assumptions about anyone's characteristics.
- Making mistakes is human. It's okay to be wrong, and asking questions helps clarify things. We assume that everyone participates in discussions with goodwill and from their own contexts.
- Everyone has the right to their own opinion and the responsibility to respect others' opinions. Discriminatory attitudes are not opinions.
- We give space to one another and ensure that everyone is heard and able to participate.
- Please take care of your own well-being in ways that suit you. Stretching is encouraged!
- If you witness discrimination, racism, or harassment, intervene or inform the event organizer.
