  • We do not accept discrimination, harassment, or hate speech, and we will intervene if necessary.
  • We value everyone equally and respect diversity.
  • We respect each individual's right to define themselves—or not to define themselves. We do not make assumptions about anyone's characteristics.
  • Making mistakes is human. It's okay to be wrong, and asking questions helps clarify things. We assume that everyone participates in discussions with goodwill and from their own contexts.
  • Everyone has the right to their own opinion and the responsibility to respect others' opinions. Discriminatory attitudes are not opinions.
  • We give space to one another and ensure that everyone is heard and able to participate.
  • Please take care of your own well-being in ways that suit you. Stretching is encouraged!
  • If you witness discrimination, racism, or harassment, intervene or inform the event organizer.

  • In order to protect privacy, participants are not allowed to record events using, for example, AI meeting assistants,. Organizers have the right to remove individuals who violate this rule.
