AI Guidelines

In 2025, the Finnish National Agency for Education and the Ministry of Education and Culture will publish guidelines for the use of AI in early childhood education and care, pre-primary education, primary and lower secondary education, general upper secondary education, vocational education and training and liberal adult education. The aim of the AI Guidelines is to support early childhood education and training providers in using AI as part of teaching and learning. The AI Guidelines are published in Finnish, Swedish and English. The Finnish National Agency for Education is responsible for the progress of the work. The AI Guidelines will be developed in cooperation with experts from the education sector, researchers and other stakeholders.
