Goal of the feedback

The goal of the Move! feedback is

  • to have a positive impact on pupils' physical, psychological and social functional capacity and well-being
  • to help pupils understand the health benefits of exercise
  • to teach pupils to improve and observe his/her functional capacity.

Move! feedback material is divided into and customised to serve three different target groups: pupils, guardians, and teachers and health care professional. As part of the feedback, pupils also receive exercise tips for different seasons and tips on how to improve one's own physical functional capacity.
