Move! feedback

Goal of the feedback

The goal of the Move! feedback is

to have a positive impact on pupils' physical, psychological and social functional capacity and well-being
to help pupils understand the health benefits of exercise
to teach pupils to improve and observe his/her functional capacity.

Move! feedback material is divided into and customised to serve three different target groups: pupils, guardians, and teachers and health care professional. As part of the feedback, pupils also receive exercise tips for different seasons and tips on how to improve one's own physical functional capacity.

Feedback characters

Move! uses characters with different facial expressions as a tool for illustrating the feedback. Characters how the pupil did on the different measurement sections of the physical functional capacity.

Feedback characters visualise the three levels that pupils' physical functional capacity can be divided into:

	The result reflects a level that improves health and well-being. Pupil's physical functional capacity promotes his/her physical, psychological and social well-being.
	The result reflects a level that maintains health and well-being. Pupil's physical functional capacity maintains his/her physical, psychological and social well-being.
	The result reflects a level that consumes or harms pupil’s health and well-being. Pupil may struggle managing everyday routines without getting exhausted.
