On this page, you will find a list of email lists intended for students, teachers and alumni of Finnish language and culture in universities outside Finland. There is also a Facebook page Suomea maailmalla (Finnish across the world) for them.

Due to the Russian invasion of the Ukraine, teachers at Russian and Belarusian universities cannot subscribe the EDUFI's email lists for the time being. Students can continue to subscribe to the email list suomeamaailmalla regardless of citizenship.

The Suomeamaailmalla email list is intended for all students of Finnish language and culture in universities outside Finland, from the beginning of their studies up to the end of Master’s level. On the list, we post information about the various forms of support we offer and how to apply for them.

You can join the list even if you have not got a degree and have only studied Finnish on optional language courses.
