Move!-feedback

The goal of the Move! feedback is

  • to have a positive impact on pupils' physical, psychological and social functional capacity and overall well-being
  • to help pupils understand the health benefits of exercise
  • to teach pupils how to improve and monitor their functional capacity.

Move!-feedback uses characters with different facial expressions as a tool to illustrate feedback. The characters express how the pupil performed in the different measurement sections of the physical functional capacity. As part of the feedback, pupils also receive exercise tips and guidance on how to improve their own physical functional capacity.

The feedback characters visualize the three levels into which pupils’ physical functional capacity can be categorized:

A cartoony face with a very happy expression representing the highest level of the Move! fitness scale: The result reflects a level that improves health and well-being. Pupil's physical functional capacity promotes his/her physical, psychological and social well-being.
