The Finnish National Agency for Education organized a webinar series on recognition of qualifications in spring 2023. The webinar series consisted of five one-hour long webinars that gathered over 400 participants.
The hour-long webinars offered general information on recognition of qualifications and there was also time for questions and discussion. Three of the webinars were held in Finnish and two in English. Two of the webinars focused on recognition of qualifications in the field of teaching and early childhood education.
The focus group for the webinars was those who need information on recognition of qualifications and the services of the Finnish National Agency for Education, for example those who work as guidance professionals or with admissions to higher education. The webinars were held on Teams.
We will arrange a similar webinar series in fall 2023. We will take the feedback we received from the participants into account when we plan the new webinar series. Further information on the webinar series will be published on our website in August 2023.
