Customer satisfaction and effectiveness of the recognition of qualifications will be investigated in May–June

In the next few weeks, the Finnish National Agency for Education will conduct two customer surveys for those who have completed qualifications abroad and have received a decision of the Finnish National Agency for Education on the recognition of their qualifications completed outside Finland.

In May–June, together with the decision, we send a link to a short survey where we ask for feedback about the recognition of qualifications service and related information material provided by the Finnish National Agency for Education. We will also send a link to the survey to those who have received a decision on the recognition of their qualifications earlier this year.

In June, we will send a survey to those who received a decision on the recognition of their qualifications from the Finnish National Agency for Education in the years 2017–2021. The purpose of this survey is to find out how effective the decisions are. We collect information on how the decision has, in the longer term, promoted its holder’s placement in working life or further studies.

The results from both surveys are to be supplemented with interviews.
