The European Commission has published the 2025 Erasmus+ Call for Proposals and Programme Guide. On this page, you will find information on application deadlines and guidance events for the higher education sector.

Erasmus+ for higher education supports the international collaboration of higher education institutions as well as the mobility of students, teachers, and staff. The programme also promotes the internationalisation and quality of higher education.

The 2025 application round emphasises the role of Erasmus+ in promoting European values and supporting personal and professional development. Erasmus+ actions in higher education will create opportunities to combine academic and practical learning, with a particular focus on fields essential for addressing future challenges, such as the green transition, digitalisation, and STEM disciplines.

Erasmus+ application deadlines and guidance for higher education

Below, you will find a compilation of guidance events organised by EDUFI and the European Commission, as known at the time of publishing this news. Event pages provide details on the event language, materials, and recording practices.

Updates and new events will be announced through the Erasmus+ higher education mailing list and EDUFI’s event calendar.

EDUFI’s website will be updated in November to reflect the 2025 application rounds. For now, the pages may still contain information from the 2024 application round.
