The survey helps to identify areas that require development
The joint customer survey on the services of the Finnish National Agency for Education (EDUFI) was implemented for the first time in autumn 2023. Our customers who responded to the survey highlighted findability, clear communication and opportunities to provide feedback as areas requiring development at EDUFI. Improvement was also called for in the speed of the services, the ease of using them and interaction.
The survey, which is now carried out for the second time, will help us further improve our services. Thank you in advance for your participation!
EDUFI's customers range from 9th-graders to professionals of education
EDUFI’s task is to develop education, early childhood education and care, lifelong learning and internationalisation and to carry out service tasks related to them. EDUFI is responsible for drawing up and supporting the national core curricula and provides several digital services and data repositories of national importance. EDUFI’s tasks also include recognition of foreign qualifications, organisation of tests for national certificates of language proficiency, and internationalisation services, which provide opportunities for international exchange or work placements, participation in voluntary work and applying for a grant as well as offering programmes, grants and education export services for organisations.
At EDUFI, we encounter hundreds of thousands of customers in the different channels every year, and our web services and the information they contain are used tens of millions of times a year. The people using our services include 9th-graders applying for studies, guidance counsellors, principals, teachers, international students considering studies in Finland and candidates taking tests for national certificates of language proficiency, among others. We also produce national core curricula, provide instructions and guidance, grant funding, publish textbooks and maintain several important digital services.
