You can ask questions related to the YKI test from the Finnish National Agency for Education's YKI chatbot from May 6 to June 30, 2025. The Finnish National Agency for Education is testing the chatbot because we want to improve our customer service. The YKI chatbot helps with the most frequently asked questions in Finnish, Swedish, and English. 

The YKI chatbot only advises on questions related to the YKI test. The YKI chatbot can tell you, for example, how to choose the right YKI test for yourself or when the next YKI test will be held. 

During the trial period, the Finnish National Agency for Education will monitor the impact of the chatbot trial on the customer service. The aim of the experiment is for customers to get answers to the most frequently asked questions about the YKI test faster from the YKI chatbot.
