You can claim for the travel expenses of your trip from us by submitting a travel expenses report. You will be reimbursed for part of the expenses, but some of them remain to be paid by the employer. Examples of reimbursable expenses include
- travel costs
- visa costs
- costs of vaccinations and COVID-19 tests
- possible extra accommodation costs because of a complicated journey.
The following costs remain to be covered by your employer
- your per diem allowances during the work-related trip
- travel insurance that will compensate for unused parts of the trip if you fall ill
- passport or identity card for travelling.
