Arjana Blazic is a freelance course designer and curriculum developer. She is a senior adviser at European Schoolnet, where she contributes to projects that aim to scale up the innovative and safe use of digital technologies, AI, and data in education. She leads the development of the Croatian AI Curriculum for primary and secondary schools. She is a member of the European Commission and EDEH working groups on AI and digital education content.

Joana Freitas, Strategic Coordinator at SALTO Participation & Information, has a diverse academic and professional background in inclusive international education. Since 2016, her professional roles have included promoting the integration of young people through youth work and mobility experiences; leading the learner-centred internationalisation of vocational education and training; and supporting intercontinental cooperation on the third mission of higher education.

Dr. Arja-Sisko Holappa works on digital transformation at the SALTO Digital Resource Centre. She brings extensive experience in educational development from the perspectives of schools, education providers, and national education administration. With a doctoral background and experience in educational research, she combines research-based knowledge with practical expertise in educational change and development. Her particular area of expertise is pedagogical development and organizational learning.

Laura Hütt is a Chief Programme Officer at the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Agency within the Estonian Education and Youth Board. Her work at the National Agency includes serving as the Digital Contact Point (DCP). In that capacity, she was responsible for organising the TCA event Blended Mobility within the Context of Digital Pedagogy.

Dr Kari Kivinen is a Finnish educator. He is currently an Education Outreach Expert at the EUIPO Academy. Since 2017, he has promoted information resilience and digital skills through the Finnish NGO Faktabaari EDU project, editing various publications, including the Digital Information Literacy Guide (2022) and the AI Guide for Teachers (2025). He is a member of several EU-level expert groups, including the European Commission’s and the OECD’s AI Literacy Framework Expert Group.

Anni Korts-Laur is a senior programme officer at the Estonian Erasmus+ Agency (Education and Youth Board, Harno), where she has worked since 2021. She currently coordinates the Long-Term Activity Digital Pedagogy in the Age of AI (2025–2027), which brings together European partners to strengthen digital pedagogy and the responsible use of AI across school education and vocational education and training. At Harno, she has contributed to several Erasmus+ initiatives and network activities, including VET Teams, the European Innovative Teaching Award (EITA), and the European Language Label (ELL).

Janika Leoste is an associate professor in Artificial Intelligence Didactics at Tallinn University. Her research focuses on educational innovation, hybrid and blended learning, AI in teaching and learning, robotics in education, and IT didactics.

Kadri Mettis is a researcher focusing on digital learning environments at Tallinn University’s School of Educational Sciences. Her work focuses on mobile and outdoor learning, digital tools in education, and learning analytics. With a background in science education, she explores innovative teaching methods that support students’ conceptual understanding and transformative learning experiences.

Zeinäb Mirzojeva is a vocational teacher at Tartu Art School and a lecturer at the University of Tartu, where she teaches future and practising educators about the pedagogically meaningful use of AI. She is also a member of the AI in Education expert group, coordinated by the Estonian Education and Youth Board. Her interests include blended mobility, digital pedagogy, and innovation in education.

Ashley Pitschmann is a researcher at Youth Policy Labs and a member of the Transnational Research Team within the RAY Network (Research-based Analysis of European Youth Programmes). She has contributed to multiple RAY research projects and currently focuses on RAY DIGI, analysing digital transformation and organisational development in European youth work.

Pasi Silander, Head of SALTO Digital, is a computer scientist, AI and data specialist, and educational futurist with a background in psychology and pedagogy. He has authored several books and research articles. Previously, he led the digital transformation of education in the City of Helsinki, covering 120 schools and education institutes, and spearheaded major initiatives in the development of AI and learning analytics in education. His work bridges policy, research, and practice in shaping the future of learning in Europe.

Sari Rannanpää is a European policy advisor at 4FRONT and the CEO and founder of NordEval Oy. She specialises in evaluation and research assignments of the EU-funded Programmes. She has a background in political science, political economy, and evaluation. She holds an MPhil from the Central European University.

Dr Jani Siirilä works as a principal lecturer at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, School of Professional Teacher Education. He has over 20 years of teaching experience across all educational levels from primary school to higher education, with a main focus on vocational education. His field of expertise is Education for Sustainable Development.

Karol Sobestjański is a sociologist with extensive experience in research, analysis, and evaluation. His work focuses on education, digitalisation, and evidence-informed policymaking. Currently, he is the coordinator of the Research and Analysis Unit at the Foundation for the Development of the Education System – Polish National Agency for Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps.

Virginia van der Ster-van der Wel is a policy advisor and Digitalisation Priority Coordinator at the Dutch National Agency for Education & Training (NL01). She has developed and implemented a cross‑sector digitalisation strategy within the Dutch NA. Virginia also serves as the NA’s Digital Contact Point and was the squad leader of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Squad in the European Digital Education Hub.

Juha Teubl-Kiviniemi is a senior adviser at the SALTO Digital Resource Centre. Originally a youth worker by trade, he has 23 years of experience at the intersection of digital transformation and youth work. Juha is in his happy place whenever policy and practice need bridging.

Jaime del Valle Ortiz is a consultant at 4FRONT, where he specialises in conducting research and analysis for European Commission studies and policy evaluations for international clients. He has a background in law and political science and holds an MA from the College of Europe.

Bart Verswijvel is an independent Belgian educator and expert trainer. As a senior pedagogical adviser for European Schoolnet, he is the pedagogical lead of Future Classroom and coordinator of the European network of Future Classroom ambassadors. With his private company Lernacon, he facilitates professional development for teachers and serves as a coordinator and partner in European-funded projects. Bart delivers keynotes and is an international juror.

Airina Volungevičienė is a professor of education and director of the Institute of Innovative Studies at Vytautas Magnus University. Her work focuses on digital learning, innovation in higher education, and lifelong learning. She is actively involved in international educational networks, contributing to the development of technology-enhanced learning across Europe.

Jaakko Vuorio is a senior adviser at the SALTO Digital Resource Centre hosted by the Finnish Erasmus+ National Agency. He holds a Master of Arts (Education) and a teacher qualification. Vuorio is a doctoral researcher at Tampere University in the Doctoral Programme in Humans and Technologies.
