Qualifications frameworks

The purpose of the qualifications frameworks is to facilitate comparison of qualifications and qualification levels of different countries and to promote mobility and lifelong learning. Each level in the qualifications frameworks describes the knowledge, understanding and practical capability achieved by an individual who has completed a qualification, syllabi or competence module at that level. The competences are described as jointly agreed in European collaboration.
