The number of higher education students’ mobility periods abroad increased, but did not yet reach pre-pandemic levels

Recent statistics in Vipunen – Education Statistic Finland show an increase in the number of mobility periods Finnish higher education students completed abroad in 2022. However, the figures are still far from the pre-pandemic levels. Especially the mobility of students of universities of applied sciences (UAS) seems to be recovering slowly.

Digital learning opportunities to Ghana: universities from Tampere, Tallinn and Accra collaborate on Erasmus+ project to tackle teaching challenges

When the European Commission’s Erasmus+ programme launched its call for proposals for capacity building projects, Tampere University, Tallinn University and the Ghanaian universities – the University of Education, Winneba, and the University of Cape Coast – took the opportunity to participate. The proposal was successful, and the three-year project has now commenced.

Experiences: From Egypt to Jyväskylä
