Authorised Translator’s Examination

The Authorised Translator’s Examination is organised once a year in November. The purpose of the examination is to demonstrate language and translation skills in the examination languages and other skills required of professional authorised translators, and to guarantee that the competence required in the examinations is demonstrated in a reliable and sufficiently comprehensive manner.

More information about the examination can be found in Finnish and in Swedish on our Finnish website.

You can find more information in English in the Qualification Requirements for Authorised Translators’ Examinations 2012 (link below).
