A feedback questionnaire for vocational students to complement the personal competence development plan.
The initial stage questionnaire should be given to the student within one month of the date on which the personal competence development plan is approved
The final stage questionnaire should be given to the student within one month of the date on which the student has demonstrated the knowledge and skills needed to complete a qualification or qualification unit set as an objective in the personal competence development plan.
