Pricing example:
As a guideline, the starting cost for a 1-day program is 1,150€, plus an additional preparation fee of 1,150 € per day + VAT 25.5% (if you are liable to pay VAT). The final price will depend on the specific program, such as the number of school visits, travel to additional cities, or other specialized activities.
Practicalities:
The presentations, school visits and study visits are mostly in English. Unfortunately we do not offer interpretation services, so we recommend hiring a skilled interpreter for the study visit if needed. Please note that delegations are responsible for all related expenses, including flights, accommodations, local transport, and meals, as well as for booking these arrangements. We will provide logistical support but do not handle bookings directly. Details about the cancellation policy will be provided once we have received your visit request.
Learn more about our code of conduct:
1. Direct agreements – Require that all study visit arrangements, including pricing, content, and terms, be made directly between the organization and the visiting delegation or their officially authorized representatives.
2. Transparency measures – Provide clear, direct pricing and terms on the organization’s official website and in all communications to prevent misinformation.
3. Border entry disclaimer – The organization has no authority over the Finnish Border Guard or immigration authorities. We can write invitation letters, but the final decision on entry to Finland rests solely with them, and the organization cannot guarantee visas or entry approvals.
4. Brand instructions - Please note that the Finnish National Agency for Education is not a direct partner of any private company or travel agency. Our logo and name may not be used for commercial endorsements or promotional purposes without our explicit permission.
Kindly note that the visit arrangements may require several weeks. To ensure smooth planning, we recommend contacting us well in advance — preferably at least 1 month before a presentation and 2 months before a study visit.
After receiving your request, we will contact you and find out if we can arrange the visit on the days you suggest. We look forward to welcoming you!
