Distribution of lesson hours
The overall distribution of lesson hours during primary and lower secondary education and the minimum number of lessons for core subjects are decided by the Government. The distribution of lesson hours stipulates the core subjects taught to all pupils and the distribution of teaching hours between different subjects.
The present distribution of lesson hours was confirmed in 2012. It was renewed
- in 2020 with 2 hours of A1-language studies
- in 2024 with 2 hours of Mother tongue and literature and 1 hours of Mathematics.
