Report on the referencing of the Finnish National Qualifications Framework to the European Qualifications Framework and the Framework for Qualifications of the European Higher Education Area

This report describes the Finnish National Framework for Qualifications and Other Competence Modules (FiNQF) and explains how the FiNQF is referenced to the European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning (EQF) and self‐certified to the Framework for Qualifications of the European Higher Education Area, the EHEA Qualifications Framework.

The report is intended as a single comprehensive, yet concise, description of the referencing and self‐certification processes. It is meant for those interested in the Finnish national qualifications framework and includes descriptions of the qualifications referenced to the FiNQF in 2017.
