Artificial intelligence in education – legislation and recommendations
The Finnish National Agency for Education and the Ministry of Education and Culture have published the material Artificial intelligence in education – legislation and recommendations in 2025. The entire document has been prepared in collaboration with individuals working in various positions in the education sector, researchers and experts from other stakeholders.
The aim of the material Artificial intelligence in education – legislation and recommendations is to support early childhood education and training providers in utilizing artificial intelligence as part of teaching and learning. The entire document consists of two parts: obligations and recommendations and background materials that support them.
The material has been published also in Finnish and Swedish.
