The Education and Culture Executive Agency is responsible for organizing annual calls for proposal in the Culture sub-programme. Information on open calls can be found on the Agency’s website.

The Culture sub-programme is open to a wide variety of organisations across all art forms and cultural heritage. Applying organisations must be legally established in one of the countries participating the Creative Europe programme.
