Erasmus+ for Higher Education supports international cooperation between higher education institutions and mobility of their students, teachers and other staff. Additionally, the programme promotes the quality and internationalisation of higher education.

European mobility for higher education
European mobility (KA131) supports physical and blended mobility and blended intensive programmes of higher education students and staff in programme countries located in Europe and, to a limited extent, also in partner countries across the world.
Global mobility for higher education
Global mobility (KA171) supports students’ and staff’s physical and blended mobility abroad outside the programme countries located in Europe.

Teacher Academies Action
The Erasmus+ Teacher Academies action develops European and international cooperation in teacher education, promotes multilingualism and cultural diversity, develops teacher education in line with the EU’s priorities in education policy and contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the European Education Area.
Forward-looking Projects
Erasmus+ Forward-looking Projects aim to foster innovation, creativity and participation, as well as social entrepreneurship in different fields of education and training, within sectors or across sectors and disciplines.
Jean Monnet Activities
Jean Monnet supports teaching and research related to the European Union. The activities are open for higher education institutions, teacher education units as well as organisations and associations working in the field of higher education.
KA3 Support to policy development and cooperation
The Erasmus+ Key Action 3 reforms higher education and educational policies.
Erasmus+ Virtual Exchanges in higher education and field of youth (KA1)
