Mental Health in Youth Work Inspirational Event 2025 Report
This report presents the outcomes of the Mental Health in Youth Work Inspirational Event, held in Seville, Spain, on 23-26 September 2025. The event was part of the long-term cooperation project Mental Health in Youth Work and explored how mental health can be promoted through youth work, participation and peer learning. The event was co-created by five international Co-Creating Crews from the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Lithuania and Norway, and involved participants from 21 countries across Europe.
The report outlines the co-creation process behind the event and presents key themes such as emotional literacy, inclusion, belonging, stress management, discrimination and peer support. It also showcases youth-led workshops, practical methods and learning activities developed and shared during the event.
In addition, the report highlights the importance of meaningful youth participation and co-creation in youth work. It includes reflections from participants and organisers, examples of tools and practices, and key findings from the evaluation process.
Mental Health in Youth Work is a long-term project of the National Agencies of Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps.
